#### Return Timeframe & Eligibility
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from cakidsroom.com, most items can be returned within *thirty (30)* days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and include all parts, accessories, and packaging. The following items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged: - Personalized Items - Clearance Items - Sale Items (markdowns or with use of a coupon code)
#### Return Shipping & Refunds
To initiate a return, please complete and submit the return request form on our website. If eligible, our support team will provide a return authorization (RMA) via email, and any applicable fees will be deducted from your refund.
*FURNITURE:* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on furniture items unless the item is being returned due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent). We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
All returns on furniture are subject to a *30% restocking fee* based on the product’s purchase value, plus the shipping fee.
Once the return is received at our warehouse, we will process the refund with any applicable fees deducted from your original payment method within *14 days*.
*OTHER ITEMS:* For non-furniture items, we will provide prepaid return labels within the return window. A *$14.99* postage fee will be deducted from your refund for each label used. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method, less applicable fees, within *14 business days*.
#### Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
*FURNITURE:* Upon delivery, please verify that all products ordered are accounted for and that the packaging is in good condition before signing. We recommend opening and assembling your products within *48 hours. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must submit a return request within **48 hours* of delivery according to our shipping partner's policy. We cannot address complaints for damaged or defective merchandise reported after this period.
*OTHER ITEMS:* If an item is missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact our support team by phone or email within *72 hours* of delivery. We cannot accept returns for damaged or defective merchandise after this timeframe.
#### Exchanges
Cakidsroom does not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the item you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the desired item.
#### Cancellations
You may cancel your order within *60 minutes* of making your purchase by selecting "cancel order" on your order confirmation page. After this time, we cannot guarantee cancellations. If you wish to request a cancellation after this period, please fill out the cancellation form on our website, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
#### Redirected Packages
Requests to redirect a UPS or FedEx package after it has shipped will incur a *$17* redirection fee deducted from the refund total. Fees for private carrier shipment redirection are subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
#### Price Adjustments & Promotional Sales
cakidsroom cannot offer price adjustments on products purchased outside of a promotional sale period.
#### Pre-Order Shipments
If your order contains pre-order items, your full order will ship once all items are in stock.
#### Personalized Shipments
Orders containing personalized items may require additional processing time and extended delivery timeframes.
#### Final Sales
All parts and shipments of parts are final sale and non-refundable.
cakidsroom reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at any time. If your order is canceled for any reason, we will notify you via email and refund any payment already made.
